Situated at 1.000 meter above sea level and tucked between the steep foothills of the Austrian Alps lies a plot that could simply be described as ‘postcard-perfect’. This is Susanne and Liisa's bio-farm named Violet Hill, after the famous Coldplay song. “Maybe our approach is a little different from the way previous generations used to do things," Susanne says. "We don't do things better and we don't do them worse. We simply do them differently."
